[MCL-22639] After installing the launcher Minecraft Updater does not open.

After buying minecraft, I downloaded the minecraft launcher on Windows 8.1. As soon as the launcher was installed, I launched it, it gave an error.

The minecraft launcher folder contains only the launcher and the game folder. And in the folder .minecraft is only the launcher log.

Same error as in MCL-22632. Could you please check if the workaround of MCL-22317 works for you or you installed incompatible software according to MCL-11510?
