I tested this with iron golems and zombie pigman together. Zombie pigman in particular should NOT bounce on soul sand especially when they spawn naturally in the nether anyways.
Steps to reproduce
Place down soul sand in a 5x5 radius.
Make a wall that is 2 blocks high on one side of the soul sand.
Make one part of the wall higher (see photo attached)
Spawn entities at the highest block. (for example villagers)
Notice that the entities bounce when they go onto the soul sand.

Fixed in build 10:
-Mobs don't jump and turn anymore on Soul Sand
-Also fixed on top of Chests
0.14.3 Mobs still jump too much when they are running over soul sand.

Confirmed for 0.15.0. (Using Windows 10.) I have observed that the problem seems to only occur in places where there is nothing below the soul sand. Perhaps the soul sand not being a full-block-tall is messing up their pathfinding?

Please respond and add the current version if you can reproduce this issue.

Confirmed for 0.15.4. (Tested on Windows 10.)
