"Gold Horse Armor" is inconsistent with its ID and all the other golden tools and armor
The infested stone bricks variant are erroneously in singular form, which is inconsistent with the non-infested blocks and the basic infested stone bricks
"Wooden Slab" is vague and potentially misleading, and inconsistent with its ID
"Portal" is ambiguous and doesn't match the current Java name
"Crops" is ambiguous and doesn't match the current Java name
Long mundane potions don't exist in Java, but they should still be renamed for consistency with the other base potions

Should all names that were changed in Java edition before Java 1.15 be removed since they would not meet parity requirements?
I've attached a text file which should fix all the outdated, inconsistent or incorrect names (including a few that have been missed in this report). While it's true most of these names were changed before Java 1.15, I believe they are still valid issues as they are inconsistent with other names (e.g. planks, slabs and stairs using "wood") or IDs (e.g. "enchantment table"), or could be simplified ("pillar quartz block").

The Illager Banner was correctly renamed into the Ominous Banner. Illager Banners from older worlds may have not upgraded properly to reflect the name change, if true, that belongs in a separate report.
Can also confirm the "illager banner" has been correctly renamed to "ominous banner" when the language is set to English (US). It's still named "illager banner" when the language is set to English (UK), but that is expected as other languages lag behind a week or so.
Fixed for most blocks/items except:
Gold Horse Armor
Infested Mossy Stone Brick
Infested Cracked Stone Brick
Infested Chiseled Stone Brick
Mushroom (the pores variant doesn't exist as a block in Java but it's still using the generic "Mushroom" name that was once used for all small mushroom and mushroom block variants)
Wooden Slab
These are only visible in command output messages or can place on/can destroy tags:
Portal
Crops
And few others that were originally missed:
Treasure Map
Splash Mundane Potion
Splash Long Mundane Potion
Splash Thick Potion
Splash Awkward Potion
Lingering Mundane Potion
Lingering Long Mundane Potion
Lingering Thick Potion
Lingering Awkward Potion

Change it back, Mojang and make the changes to Java, not Bedrock. The names on Bedrock were fine, it was Java that needed the changes
Affects Versions:
1.16.40
1.16.100.58
1.16.100.59
1.16.100.60
