I have a lot of worlds that uses concrete powder with soul sand and water to make dance floors. Now only to find that it just breaks for no reason. Other maps of mine that has mini games where you can be a coloured block also broke, because of this bug.

MCPE - 40404 and MCPE - 99591 doesn't fix nor describe my issue.
When a falling block like concrete powder, sand or gravel fall for to long it breaks for example when it falls to long through a cobweb or on water and soul sand. It's like it is despawning, by breaking.
To recreate this dig 3 blocks down place soul sand and place two blocks of water (source blocks) on top to create a bubble column then drop a falling block (a block that has gravity) then when it is bouncing up and down just wait a while then the falling block would just break... alternatively drop a falling block through a couple cobwebs that are ontop of eachother then it will also break after a certain amount of time.

I would say it's consistent with Java Edition that they break after some time (please fact check), but if they completely do not drop as an item that would be a bug
