In Pocket edition in creative mode the block interaction distance is 12 blocks but it is shorter in Minecraft Windows 10 Edition when using a mouse/controller.
Note: in the past, this bug also affected the touch controls in Windows 10 Edition, but now the touch controls have the correct interaction range.

Affects Windows 10 edition, PC with keyboard and mouse.
Just for reference the extra interaction range for creative was added in 0.11.0 build 10 but this feature does not appear to have been included in the Windows 10 Edition.
This bug has been reported to our internal bug tracker for further testing and a fix. It is scheduled to be fixed in one of the future updates (no specific date can be provided).
Affects 1.0.4.0.
It seems this issue is for Controllers/Keyboard & Mouse users.
I tested with an Xbox Wireless Controller via Bluetooth on the Galaxy Note 5, it cannot detect past 5 blocks as opposed to 12 blocks with Touch controls.
I have 12 block range using touchscreen controls on Win10. However, when using a mouse, the interaction range is still shorter as of 1.0.4.11.
(There is no Win10 0.12.2)
