Minecraft Earth character creator items collected by completing challenges don’t sync to Minecraft Bedrock. Update: Since Minecraft Earth is shutting down on June 30th 2021, the items will be lost if its not on Bedrock Edition.

@GoldenHelmet Yes. They have synced before, but suddenly they stopped syncing due to a Minecraft Earth Update. Also, if they don't sync to Bedrock Edition, then we can only customize the Character with those items in Minecraft Earth only.

Its syncing for me on Windows 10 after the 1.16.210 release. Can anyone else confirm if its syncing to your Minecraft?
It is syncing on MCPE with the new update as well, but my free Hero pants given away because of the sunset are still missing and Mojang considered it to be part of this problem, even though it is not. It is issue MCPE-114605.
Resolving as Fixed based on comments above. I have reopened MCPE-114605 since it is a different issue.
