when using /fill waterbor flowing water it all dissolves if theres nor water sources and doesn't fill all the way without a water source on evry block so there is no use for /fill in water builds :< andni tryed bk it on all consoles i own

If the issue is that using /fill flowing_water results in water that disappears, then that would be working as intended per MC-52095. Flowing water disappears when it is not connected to a water source block.
