Mobs will clip through blocks when in a small area with other mobs. Can be reproduced by making a small boxed in area with the corners removed and then spawning a bunch of any mob that fits in it.
What should happen is the mobs should be stuck inside the box and unable to leave due to the walls of it.
What happens is the mobs will randomly clip through the corners and not be able to move and will zip back to their intended location after a short time or when hit by the player

In the first video all I see is the iron golem hitting mobs up into the air. Not sure what the bug is supposed to be.
In the second video, you can probably prevent the baby zombie from glitching through the corner by placing a block in that corner. I'm not sure mob glitching through a corner when there are so many compressed into a single space is a bug, but we can pursue that if you want to.
In the third video, I don't see the fencepost where the horse was tied up, but I do see the lead in the water. Are you sure you leashed it and didn't accidently drop the lead? Could you provide coordinates?

The video with the iron golem shows my horse (The one with the diamond armour) zip away in a short couple of frames and the video with me walking up to the horse was to just show how far it had gone. I assumed the mob clipping and teleporting were the same or very similar issues cause of the sudden rapid movement of them and it starting to happen in the same update which released recently.

After some testing I have found that this affects sleeping villagers a lot. Villagers will be pushed through walls and accelerate away from their houses and then appear back at the bed
