Found one in seed: -1115401608 at coordinates: -599, 118, 927. I had made the world in 1.18.2 so it isn't a blending bug. It seems to generate 64 blocks above the sea floor.
Creating a new world and teleporting or flying to that location, I get a shipwreck on the ocean floor at -616, Y, 920.
Affects 1.18.2
Affects 1.18.10.22
This is extremely annoying when having to jump up hills in the new 1.18 terrain.
Affects 1.18.10.20 with excess flower generation and little amounts of tall grass.
I've noticed this too. I thought that the screech sound was just missing from Bedrock Edition but the screech sound files are in the game and footage from when foxes were added to the game show they did indeed screech previously.
Affects 1.18.10.20
Should also be present in 1.18.0 full release when that comes out.
I mean, it's making the punching sound so I see no reason why it can't play the punching animation aswell. This should be fine to fix.
I believe all leaves use significantly lighter shading also. This might explain why they appear so much brighter in forests compared to Java leaves.
Affects 1.17.41 and 1.18.0.24
D-pad buttons also function strangely for me. They seem to detect me pressing the button but not me releasing it, I have to use the control stick just to make the game realise I'm not holding the button anymore. Very frustrating having to play the game with weird buttons mappings to avoid using the ZL and ZR buttons.
I don't have issues with chunk loading on my mobile device but the delayed sound is pretty irritating. Chunk loading issues happen quite a bit on console however
It appears to be fixed in latest beta. Or at least the colour being changed to match Java a little closer
Projectiles still seem choppy even though it's been stated to have been smoothed. Mobs are affected much more I'd say
The music pack just hasn't been updated yet. You can tell by the fact the download is still 195MB where it would've increased with the new music that should be in it.
Yeah I've definitely noticed after the initial saturation from spawning that you lose all of your hunger from just jumping up the new mountains.
Affects 1.18.0.21
Affects 1.17.40.23
The game still takes considerably longer to load on existing save files compared to new ones. Feels just like what happened with 10.0.0 where the save file system on the console was adjusted slightly which made minecraft load a little better while still not solving the issue that causes the problem
This actually still occurs if you load a world with the pocket ui mode enabled. Changing between pocket and classic while in a world has no difference however.
Yes. Affects 1.18.2 and 1.18.10.22
