Some transparent blocks and entity shadows glitch out when looked at from far away.
How to reproduce: Use a spyglass or low FOV and look at something like a tree far away with a high enough render distance.
What should happen: It looks clear and normal as if you are standing next to it.
What happens: It glitches out and looks strange.

Affects 1.17.40.20

After the render Dragon update, some blocks have bad performance in the distance
This causes the framerate to drop as the player moves
The translucent squares were offset in the wrong direction, causing the flicker
Sunflowers and top snow flicker, grass and leaves drift in the wrong direction
How to reproduce:
1.Look for sunflower plains or snow-covered woods
2.Use a telescope to look far away
I'm sure the render dragon did this
One possible solution is to eliminate the offset and confirm the relationship between the overlapping layers
If the two layers are in the same position, a strange flicker will occur
Testing showed that the translucent material was skewed towards the player
After more testing it appears this isn't a spyglass specific issue and it can be seen with certain blocks.
This bug seems to be transparent block rendering becoming more imprecise the further away from the camera it is with it affecting certain flowers (sun flowers being affected the most) and especially leaves as you can see in my post, not seen in my post but that is also affected by this issue is powdered snow.
The effects of this bug can be worse on some platforms using renderdragon from my experience where far away transparent objects just break down into an incoherent mess.
