Baby villagers don't get same skin as parents, but instead get from biome they are born in.

I thought the biome type of villager you get depends on where the villager is born in that biome - not its parents. So if you breed 2 plains villagers in a jungle you will get jungle baby villagers. I might be wrong but I thought this was an intended feature?

Villager skin types are biome dependent, moving them to another biome will result in getting that biomes set skin for the baby villagers.

The wiki mentioned this only happens in Bedrock, whilst there's a chance the offspring will wear the same clothes as the parents in Java.

Hopefully Bedrock will get that parity soon, if not already.
