Iron golems no longer spawn where they are supposed to in a iron farm, they spawn anywhere from 10-30 blocks from the center. The farm worked untill the 1.16.200 update.

I am not able to reproduce this issue with a two-level iron farm on my realm. Please clarify the Description section above using this format:

From the information you have given, it sounds like the villager center shifted at some point. If you zombified and cured villagers after you built the farm then that can be expected to happen. You may want to take a look at the workaround panel on MCPE-65202 for links to reliable information about iron farms, or get help from your Minecraft community. The bug tracker is not able to assist you with farm design and maintenance.
