Everytime i try to either turn wood into planks or planks into a crafting table on a server it dosent work.
What I expected to happen was...:
I would drag the wood in the crafting table (that my friend has to make for me) and try to make wooden planks or if i have wooden planks make a crafting table or a door.
What actually happened was...:
I drag the log into the crafting grid and as soon as i put it down the wood is in the crafting grid but when i look in my inventory the wood im using is in there too so when i craft the item and try to place it down it disappears and the glitched wood that was in my inventory stays there and i keep trying to do this and it wont work*
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter the Crafting table
2. Drag the wood into the crafting grid
3. Look in your inventory then back at the grid there will be the EXACT same items as the ones you dragged in the crafting grid.
4. Craft the item and place it in your hotbar.
5. go to place the block/item and it will dissapear but the wood that glitched is still in your inventory as if you never crafted anything
(sometimes when you place it in the hot bar it dissapears)

We see the same thing on 0.14.0 Windows 10 Edition Beta when connected to a server.
You start crafting from wood for into planks, sticks to a pickaxe, and at any time while crafting the newly crafted items disappear and the inventrory is back to the original wood.
This issue is invalid, as MCPE servers are not supported by Mojang. Please contact your server administrators for support.
I have a similar issue but instead it is with swords I cant craft iron or diamond swords on all servers
I've tried over 30-40 servers and none work. Can not build anything, can't
craft anything, simply cant play with anyone online. Only works when solo.
