Almost all items except for the Compound Creator and Lab Table and the other workbenches added work normally with the /give command but for some reason, I am unable to /give myself items like the underwater torch, glow sticks, Underwater TNT, compounds, etc.
I had to Manually use all the equipment and get all the materials to craft the items instead
Maybe add the items to the creative menu, like the elements and the lab equipment
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a World with Education Edition and Cheats enabled
2. Attempt to use the /give command on items like glowsticks or balloons or etc.
3. Get an error
Observed Results:
Does not give you the items or autofill with the Item ID or Nanme
Expected Results:
Gives you the item after entering or auto-filling the Item ID or Name

Tested this issue on Bedrock Preview 1.20.30.21, and I can confirm this is still an issue.
The device I used was an iPhone 13 Pro Max running iOS 16.3
On v1.21.44 Hotfix, I am also unable to use /give, /fill, or /setblock for hardened glass and variants.
Thank you for your report!

If the absence of Education Edition specific items and blocks when using give, setblock or fill are intentional (according to the QA person), then how else are we supposed to obtain these items? The user should not have to go over the crafting recipes of these items every time they want to obtain the item instead of accessing them through a command, it just seems like this is being avoided.
Note that you can /giveΒ Border Blocks, Allow Blocks and Deny Blocks
