This is still an issue for current day minecraft 1.19.50+

I suggest you reopen this report as MCPE-100344 does not mention anything with the efficiency enchantment not working in the description.

In 1.19.20, They increased the limit of geometry, so you can now have models slightly larger than the block, I think you can now extend to around an extra half a block so 24x24x24 more or less

In 1.19.20 they have extended the block limitations so most older mods can now run without geofixer but there are still limits, but some addons that are too big will still require geofixer
