Chunks not rendering

Chunks not rendering.(Therefore allowing people affected to see where caves and mobs are).

How to reproduce:

Join a world

Fly around and let chunks looking render.

The expected result would be that the chunks would render and allow you to see where you are

What actually happens is that the chunks stop rendering, allowing you to see where mobs are on the unrendered chunks, and to see caves on the rendered chunks adjacent to the unrendered chunks.

Notes: This also effects multiplayer servers, normally when you get teleported to a car location.

If you place a block, or mine a block on the in rendered chunks it usually renders that chunk.

You can still interact with the unrendered chunks. But the blocks are invisible.
