Thank you for your patience while we look into this issue, we hope to have it resolved as quickly as possible.
I tried getting one of the free items (Day 29 or Flannel Jammie Bottoms) with the community celebration thing but even though it says it is free, when I tap it, it says I am missing the required minecoins to buy the item.

The free items available were updated and should be as follows:
Day 29 (Jan 5) - Tangled Lights
Day 30 (Jan 6) - Celebration Sweater!
Day 31 (Jan 7) - Discoball Head
If you are still seeing the incorrect items, you may need to reload the game, or perhaps re-install in order to see the correct items - but please make sure your worlds are backed up safely if you wish to do reinstall. (Please be assured we are still working on the issue.)
Same. It charged me mine coins for day 29 and 30.
Just claimed Day 22 to Day 31 and noticed the mine coins are gone.
My account went from 1000 to 10.
What steps do I need to take to get them returned?
