I play on a realm with multiple people around the world in survival and a problem recently occurred as villagers aren't restocking their trades. I recently bought out a bunch of villagers stocks in books from librarians, but they never stocked them back up and I bought the books literal days ago. I know it's not just me because multiple people in the realm are having trouble with this too.

Yes, the villagers are able to get to their beds and job blocks and they are linked to them as well.
Do the villagers sleep at night and stand by their job blocks during the day? Does MCPE-98361 describe your issue?

Are you sure the villagers can reach the job blocks they are actually linked to?
Have you confirmed that each villager is linked to a job block and bed by breaking and re-placing the block / bed?
