This bug report is a parity issue with Java.
Summary:
The Sculk sensor can be moved with a piston on the bedrock version, but not in the Java version.
Steps to Reproduce:
Put the sculk sensor.
Place the piston next to it.
Activate the piston.
Observed Results:
The sculk sensor will be moved by the piston.
Expected Results:
The Sculk sensor will remain in place.

However, this issue has been closed as Working as Intended.
This is a known parity break between Java and Bedrock that we don't intend to change for now, as there are already a number of differences between versions as to what what can and can't be pushed by pistons. If you would like to make a suggestion we'd encourage you to make a post at https://feedback.minecraft.net, or upvote an existing topic there.
