Moving a sculk sensor with a piston resets it to an off state

A sculk sensor normal y have an about to seconds when activated to detect more vibrations and to sta active, but if you move it it reset to an off state and can detect more vibrations, like if it was just placed

Steps to reproduce:

1- Put a Sculk sensor in a sticky piston (Normal pistons do work, but with the sticky ones can give a much better example)

2- Connect the piston to the same sculk sensor through a Redstone line, or get creative!

3- Move a little bit to activate the sculk sensor

Expected results:

The sculk sensor wouldn't be affected by the piston

Actual result:

The sculk sensor sensor gives a 1-tick pulse and then turns off
