Wall and fence are bonded to sculk sensor

This bug report is a parity issue with Java.

Summary:

In the bedrock version, the wall and fence are connected to the sculk sensor, while in the Java version they are not connected.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Install sculk sensor.

  2. Place an wall and fence next to it.

Observed Results:

The wall and fence will connect to the sculk sensor.

Expected Results:

The blocks will not connect.
