Some blocks render in front of barriers

Summary:

Some blocks flash over the barriers. Players and clouds also behave.

Block list:

  • Ender Chests

  • Chest

  • Shulker Box

  • Armor Stand

  • Bell

  • Conduit

  • Mob Head

  • Rails

  • Sign

  • Bed

  • Glass

  • Honey Block

  • Slime Block

  • Water

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Place the barrier.

  2. Place one of the above blocks behind the barrier.

Observed Results:

The texture of the block behind the barrier will light up on top of the barrier.

Expected Results:

The texture of the block behind the barrier will not light up over the barrier.

Can confirm on Windows 10. I'm also seeing leaves flashing in front of barriers.

Possibly related to renderdragon. Since it does not appear on android. If this does not happen on a specific PC - provide screenshots and components of the PC.
