[MCPE-11680] switch and buttons bug

the bug is hilarious if i push or pull a lever or a button 3 times the next one will not work so i need to destroy and puty back THE LEVER/BUTTON AGAIN its supper annoying

Can you provide a screenshot of a specific circuit to reproduce the problem? In 0.13.1 they are working correctly for me.
