Isn't it the same issue as [MCPE-11287], i.e. the oddity you're seeing is due to laggy graphic update?

This ticket has been resolved as 'Cannot Reproduce' as it has not been updated recently (1 year+)

When you step off a tripwire hook sometimes the redstone signal that is connected to the tripwire hook, is a little longer than it should be. I know this because I play around with redstone a lot on minecraft pc
