Creepers not ignited by flaming arrows (unlike TNT)

Yes, and that's the way it should be, you wouldn't want every creeper you shoot to explode

Creepers do not ignite when lit on fire by a fire aspect sword or by fire or lava, either. I think this is working as intended but will leave for developer review.

The proposal is interesting, but it is not a mistake or parity. In Java it works the same as in bedrock. It seems that such proposals should be left on other sites)
