When pick block is used on a glow item frame, a normal item frame is given to the player.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Place a glow item frame

  2. Pick block the glow item frame

Observed Results:
The player is given a normal item frame.

Expected Results:
The player should be given a glow item frame.
