For some reason this trophy won't unlock. I've deflected the fire ball to the ghast and killed them 3 times.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. Reopening and updating the ticket. Ghasts do not receive damage when hit with its own fireball at the edge of its hitbox, preventing the "Return to Sender" achievement / trophy from being unlocked.

After consideration, the issue is being closed as Won't Fix.
Please note that this is not the same as Working as Intended, as this bug report correctly describes behavior in the game that might not be the intended or desirable behavior, but it will not be fixed right now. Sometimes, this is because the issue reported is minor and/or impossible to change without large architectural changes to the code base.
