"Colored text" glow on signs at night

if you try to type on sign at night a text in any color (except black) you will see the text are glowing and you can see the text from far away (you can even light up a room XD )
tip: text glow can see even out a room (see the screenshots)
Other tip: gray text it's the most weakest glowing

I really like the brightly coloured fonts, and assumed they were a feature!

They are a feature since 0.11.0. This isn't a bug

Affects 0.14.0 beta versions, and the final release.

I'm trying to confirm with the devs if this is a feature or a bug and will update. Confirmed in 0.14.3.

I have it on good authority that this is a bug and not a feature. The colored text should assume the same brightness as the ambient light.

Please reply and update affected versions if you're still able to reproduce this issue.

This ticket has been resolved as 'Cannot Reproduce' as it has no response was received recently.
