When joining certain featured servers with custom entities those entities will render as completely black with Ray Tracing on, while the geometry retains full functionality. This significantly hinders the gameplay experience for people who play on featured servers with ray tracing on due to them not being able to tell what the entity in question is supposed to resemble.
Steps to Reproduce:
Join a featured server such as The Hive with Ray Tracing on
Enter an area that contains custom entities (such as the main hub in The Hive)
Observed Results:
The entities have functioning geometry but are completely black
Expected Results:
The entities display their textures properly, allowing players to actually tell what they're supposed to be. This is what happens with Ray Tracing off.

It doesn't happen in all servers, so far only Galaxite and CubeCraft Games are working fine without having this bug.
edit: It doesn't happen on Lifeboat anymore.
This is marked resolved, but its not. I feel like this is one of the most important fixes that can be made, if you want people to migrate to RTX full time. Please fix this on all servers!
As this bug only affects certain featured servers; Pixel Paradise, Mineville, and Mineplex it will most likely be put on the server developers/creators to deal with this issue on their end as it could be a server software issue and nothing to do with Minecraft as; The Hive, Cubecraft, Lifeboat, and Galaxite do not experience these issues with RTX gameplay.
this doesn't seem to be an issue on the hive, but the one server where I see it the most is Mineplex

I have one issue, however. PBR textures don't seem to affect entities...
There are other featured servers that this affects, the list I created in my comment prior are the ones that have this issue. And PBR textures are not set to apply to custom entities as this would be inefficient as the RTX pack creator may not have the time to create PBR textures for every entity on featured servers.
I wasn't able to get any screenshots for the beta, but I do recall this happening on beta 1.16.210.61 (when The Hive had the right protocol number to connect to it with beta clients).
