I went through an overworld portal I created and arrived at the nether. When I tried to go back to my spawn (through the portal), it sent me to a random nether portal in the same overworld biome. I am almost 100% sure that portal wasn't there before. I went back to my spawn coordinates and went to test out the portal again and the same thing happened. Basically I can go into the same nether portal through my overworld portal and the one that randomly appeared. Whenever I go through the portal in the nether, it only brings me to the portal that randomly appeared. Also, I cannot destroy the random nether portal in the over world. Hopefully this can be fixed, thanks.

This appears to be a problem with Minecraft Bedrock PS4 v1.16.221 Hotfix. Nether portals are not linking correctly.
I have the same issue, my portal is sending me quite a LONG distance away.
Portal I built: -753 68 -316
Portal I come out of: -6081 72 -2590
So you can see I am 5328 blocks by 2274 blocks away horizontally, and well 4 blocks higher.
That is a long way in a survival world.
I am thinking of trying to destroy both portals in overworld and rebuilding in new spot by camp to see if it fixes for me after I do this run back.
This is in cliffs and caves beta windows 10.
@ANDREW WHITEHEAD , is your issue MCPE-115933 but reversed ?
Happened to me too several times on PS4 recently. Going through nether portals and ending up 1000s of cords away from portal. Seems easily reproducible.
I'm having the same issue but normally I can see my starter base Portal but I'm draining an ocean monument right now and I just created a portal there so that I can dry my sponges faster but I went back through the portal it teleported me to my starter base portal
It appears these portals are all blocked to some degree on one side. In order to exit properly, the portals need air around the portal surface.

Looks like a "works as intended" situation due to misaligned portal coordinates between overworld and nether. Nether portal should be rebuilt at exactly 1:8 coordinate translation, compared to overworld coordinates, to prevent this from happening.
