The bug
Powder snow now mostly is associated with its bucket item. However, it's still possible to obtain the block in item form. The item form of the block should not exist whatsoever.
How to reproduce
1. Load the attached structure
2. Get the item from the chest
Expected behavior
Chest is empty due to powder_snow being an invalid item ID
Notes
This is a trivial and inconsequential bug, but it would be nice if bedrock handled these things in the same way java does.

Many blocks exist as items if you edit the inventory using MCC Tool Chest or Universal Minecraft Editor. These include double slabs, end gateway, water, fire, frosted ice, sweet berry bush... it's not unique to powder snow. The bugs that should be targeted are those that allow the player to obtain the block in-game.

Is this still an issue in the latest version (1.17.11)? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter).
