Sugar Cane, Dead Bushes, and Bamboo cannot be placed on a moss block

Summary
In Java Edition 21w16a, Sugar Cane, Dead Bushes, and Bamboo can now be placed on Moss Block. In Bedrock Edition, however, you can't.

Step to Reproduce
1. Place down a layer of moss block (and water to make sure you can place the sugar cane).
2. Attempt to place some of the blocks mentioned in the summary.
---> ❌ Doesn't get placed on moss block.
