Can't reset, replace, or delete realm

This happens on my xbox one, and my android phone. I cannot reset, replace, or delete my realm. It looks like this has been an issue for a long time, as I have found many complaints about this issue, going back for at least 5 years.

However, this issue is Invalid.

Please put only one bug report in each ticket. It is very difficult to keep track of bugs when they are not in their own tickets.
However, please review the Bug Tracker Guidelines before creating new reports. Be sure to search for an existing issue as it is likely to have already been reported.

Please also note that realm management issues should be reported in the REALMS project. Be sure to search that project for duplicates, as there are existing (separate) reports for these issues.

THIS IS ONE ISSUE. You are the laziest people ever. You absolutely refuse to fix anything. Idk why you keep marking every issue I submit as "resolved" when they're not, or "invalid" when they're not.

 

If you don't want to do your job then quit. Otherwise I will keep making the same reports for the same bugs and then you can explain to your supervisor why they keep getting the same reports from the same people. 

"Resolved" does not mean "fixed".
The Helpers and Mods are volunteers. We do not work for Mojang, we are community members who help by spending time here organizing bug reports so they are useful to the developers in an effort to make the game better for everyone.

There are existing (separate) issues for the inability to reset and replace realms, some with specific messages for when the operation fails. Among these are REALMS-474, REALMS-8020, REALMS-8022, REALMS-7719, and possibly others. Please vote for any or all of these issues that you are experiencing to get more attention. You can also search the REALMS project to see if there are other relevant reports.

Comments should be limited to information that is helpful in reproducing bugs. Any other comments are subject to removal, and repeated violation of the Bug Tracker Guidelines may result in account suspension.

Finally, if you are still not able to access your purchased realm please contact Mojang Support for help. This bug tracker is not a customer support site and we are not able to access your account from here.
