Axolotls and Glow Squids can spawn in the End (and in the Nether)

Summary
The Axolotl and the Glow Squid can spawn in the End (and if there's water present in the nether somehow), which is not supposed to happen in the first place.

Step to Reproduce
1. Go to the End, fill a part of the End with water.
2. Place the blocks above the filled water, make sure to cover the entire area.
3. Wait them to spawn, you may have to do /kill @e to clear mobs out.
---> ❌ Axolotl/Glow Squid spawn in the water in the End.

Original Description
I created a water pool in the end on MCBE Realms 1.17, and Axolotls and Glow Squids are spawning in there. Which is cool, but I think shouldn't happen in other dimentions than the overworld

Does this only happen in a realm or does the same issue occur in a local copy of the world?
Are there any add-ons in use on the world, and if so, exactly which ones?

I downloaded a copy of the world, put it on creative, and changed the random tick speed. After waiting like 20 minutes, another axolotl appeared.

I do not have any behavior pack installed, however, I have some texture packs brom Bedrock Tweaks. I attach the screenshots showing all of this information.

Tested on the Windows 10 Platform

Also happened to me,I flooded the end island on 1.16,today I just entered for the first time after updating and there were glow sqids and axolotls spawning

[media]

Same to me I placed water under an end city to jump in once done busting and when I jumped down I found four axoltls

Steps to reproduce [by @unknown]:

  1. Fill a large area in the End with water, several blocks high.
*the larger the area, the faster Axolotls and Glow Squids will spawn

  2. Place blocks above the water-filled area.

Or you can just download the world in which all the conditions for spawn are already built

It looks like that both the glow squid and the axolotl have missed the "minecraft:biome_filter", which specifies which biome it is intended to spawn.

It could be something to do with the base_stone_overworld tag, as this is in Bedrock and as far as I know, tags only exist in Java.

they can also spawn inside ocean monuments. MCPE-133918

i also found that the glow squids came out of the water into my mob farm 30 blocks above the water dont ask me how cuz i dont know
