XP Orbs not activate pressure plates

Confirmed for 1.16.40/1.16.100.54.

The xp bottle iself actually can activate them, but not the xp orbs itself. So if you are reproducing this bug you might have the pressure plate activated for a short amount of time because of the xp bottle. Also note that they should only activate wooden and weighted pressure plates, but not stone and polished blackstone pressure plates, because these don’t get activated by xp orbs on java.
