when they walk all their limbs move at around double the correct speed (as it was before/on java edition)
Note: The issue occurs after the mob is attacked.

Please create and new creative flat world and spawn one or two mobs from eggs and tell us if you notice the same effect.
Still rendering the HD though, should be in 360p for now
It is important to include the attack on the mob information here. It is not the normal walking speed we are talking about, please try to be more precise.
I do not think it is a bug, in previous versions mobs in PE (please do not compare features to Java versions), were not running away rapidly enough when hit. I think that might have been a fix for that. The "all limbs movement" is however a bit disturbing. I will report this for a test and fix.

No, that is only the case for the cow
Zombies move to fast if they are after someone/somthing
Pigs always move to fast
It's different for each mob
This bug is either a duplicate of MCPE-9325 and MCPE-10312 or related to.
Please provide more information. I can not reproduce this on any device and I have not seen such report.
