[MCPE-140900] Chat and Pause Icons Are Transparent When Riding Boat and Raft

Observed : Chat and pause buttons become transparent when riding a boat and raft.

Expected results : Chat and Pause buttons are just as opaque/bright/intense when riding a boat, as they are when not in a boat and raft.

Reproduce issue :

1.Board boat or raft.

2.Then observe the chat and pause icon

Possibly the same issue as MCPE-105801. The buttons are either opaque, or they match the boat controls. Either way, their opacity is not affected by the HUD opacity setting.
