Rendering: Non-full blocks shift away when viewed from a distance

Non-full blocks seem to shift towards the player when viewed from a distance.

This affects a variety of non-full blocks, such as torches, lanterns, scaffolding, coral, ect.

However, leaves seem to act the opposite way: they shift when the player is far above them.

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Place blocks as shown in "Tested Blocks". Two barriers had been placed above the campfire to prevent its smoke from obscuring the other blocks. These barriers are tested as do not affect the results

  2. Move away (very far away*) from the testing platfrom, and look at the platfrom through a spyglass.

  3. Stay where you are and move upwards, then look at the leaves covered by snow again with a spyglass.

*Note: Upon moving "very far away", when moving too far away from the affected blocks, they will be affected by MCPE-124841 instead, which sends them back to their original place / makes them transparent.

Expected Results: The tested blocks are all obscured by the white concrete and stay where they are. The leaves covered with snow stays the same.

Observed Results: The tested blocks shifted out of the white concrete. The leaves covered with snow seemed to blend in with the snow above.

I confirm.
This is very noticeable when exploring snow biomes. Lines appear on the snow layers.
