[MCPE-142069] Sky is too dark

The sky is now too dark when not looking upwards. You can see a comparison in the pictures attached.

Keep in mind that this doesn't affect the fog.

Seems to be a bit inconsistent. Will reopen if I ever find the cause and/or steps to reproduce.

In fact, it seems to be a duplicate of MCPE-131325 I myself have come across such a dark sky more than once.
