I'm still missing a feature of the game. I asked other people if they have it and they do, so I feel particularly excluded.

I used to have it, but I don't anymore. Maybe they made it only available to a percentage of users when the feature got out of beta versions.

Well for me, its only fixed for the Character Creator, but not for the Marketplace. (1.18.10.27 beta)
