"%" is not displayed.

This appears to be intended, I don't remember the percent sign ever working in seeds or world names.

In MCPE, most characters outside of standard alphanumeric characters, the hyphen and the underscore cannot be used for the player name or seed.

This is not a seed and player name.

The report is trying to explain that if you type the % character in chat, it will not show up in the chat box in the top left hand side.

However, it will show up if typed twice, which leads me to think that it is being ignored as a formatting character (similar to § symbol), and ∴ does Work As Intended.

I cannot reproduce this issue on 0.15.0 iOS 9.3

Reopening, as it cannot Work as Intended if some people don't experience it.

I can see the % when I hit the chat button but not when it shows up during game play. This was in single player I tested it.

This has been used as an exploit that has been found to crash clients on servers.

I don't know if it works on Realms or not, but as of 0.15.4 receiving a message with a % sign in it will cause client crash (PE) or complete freeze (Win10).

If someone could test this on Realms/multiplayer/whatever, that'd be great.

It was submitted for testing and will be fixed in future updates.
