'Teleporting' randomly when in boat

This is not the same issue!
It happens without leaving the game, during normal gameplay.

I always search first before adding a report.

Yes, still happening.

So this happens to me quite a lot, since my base is in the middle of an ocean. The boat doesn't teleport, the player teleports. Sometimes, I teleport, and my boat changes its type of wood, or the mob I carried disappears. And I've seen a few times the boats I was kicked out of continue moving after that. It isn't "random", it happens when you load the chunk containing the boat. That's why it also happens when mining, moving through a portal or reloading the world. I took a few screenshots.

This can also happen with minecarts.

Please respond and add the current version if you can reproduce this issue.
