Using the PickBlock feature on Windows 10 edition (Middle Click by default) you can obtain an incorrectly rotated button, clearly seen in the quickbar, in hand, and as a dropped item also.
Steps to Reproduce
-Place a normal button (stone or wood)
-Use PickBlock (middle click) on the placed button
-Incorrect Rotated button is now in your inventory and hand

Same applies on servers, causing issues with some anti-cheat. Instead it should give non-rotated variants, in case of spruce wood stairs it should give meta 0, on sponge it should still give meta 1 on wet one, and meta 0 on dry one.
