the chat bug causes severe chat delay along with not being able to rename items, nto being able to type in books, and not being able to use signs. i think it might affect name tags as well but thats jsut a theory at the minute

it affects nametags as well. along with the loading screen to the nether saying hive instead of minecraft. whispers are the only thing that work.
