I play MCPE on Just5 Blaster. So about the bug. When youre next to button its shows when youre in stone block and you suffoticate*.
*Cant spell that word sorry.
Update:
According to private issue MCPE-14909, it affects leaf blocks too.
According to @unknown, it also affects pressure plates on top of a fence. See the screenshot below.

Further clarification. It appears that the block that you are "inside" is that of whatever the button is made of. The button in this issue is stone, and you appear inside stone, however in my situation (i'm seeing this issue too), I have a wooden button, and I appear inside wood when I walk next to it. It also crashes the game whenever I walk in and out of this block multiple times in succession.
