Spruce Trees no longer generate in grove biome

The grove biome normally has spruce trees generating in it. However, in the latest beta, the spruce tree no longer generates in the respective biome. When checking the grove biome JSON file, it seems like the biome tag hasn't been changed from mountain_grove to grove.

Step to Reproduce
1. Create a new world with the seed -1173749292
2. Go to the grove biome by doing the command /tp -2700 150 1000

Expected Result
The spruce trees in the grove biome generate normally.

Observed Result
No spruce trees generating in the grove biome at all.
