Console version of Minecraft can not be in PE to the difference of the delay behind the piston and the front of the piston is pulled in front of the piston, even if there is only 1 redstone tick.

It's true you only need 2 ticks delay to build a double piston extender in PC. In PE, on the other hand, you seem to set the delay of the repeater to at least 3 ticks. This is due to MCPE-14606.
