Using an invalid /particle returns "Request to create (particle name) sent to all players."

Edit: The command I used was wrong, but when an invalid command is used, instead of a syntax error or the command not working, the command block returns "Request to create Minecraft:(particle_name) sent to all players in the output box.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Use an invalid particle

eg- /particle minecraft:flame ~~~

OR use the execute command

eg- /execute (playername) ~~~ particle minecraft:flame ~~~

2) Enter the command.

Observed results:

Instead of executing the command, it says:

"Request to create particle sent to all players"

Expected results:

Command block should be blank (in the output section).

Same issue on my PC world and my realm. Particles no longer work, I just get this message when I try to use the particle command.

minecraft:flame is not a valid bedrock edition particle name. Sadly bedrock doesn't provide suggestions for these, so there is literally no in game way to determine them.

I have edited the bug report. I reported the wrong bug, the particle command was wrong, but it returns a wrong output

Every client has its own set of particles therefore the server cannot issue a syntax error for the same reason as playsound

Yes, but it still returns  "Request to create (particle name) sent to all players." Is it intentional?

Is this a new feature? Because in older versions it wasn't a thing.
