I have this issues tonight on PC Windows 10 Edition. I was making a command for /testforblocks and it turned all characters to ###### signs. It didn't matter if it was an impulse, chain, or repeating block.
But my command worked for /msg @a Hello. That command stayed in the command block.
Also, after more testing, the issue is only happening on my realm. All of my regular worlds have no issue, it is only on the realms.
Same issue on my PC world and my realm. Particles no longer work, I just get this message when I try to use the particle command.
