[MCPE-150649] Rockets Do Not Propel Elytra in Bedrock 1.17/1.18

When I try to use a rocket to propel my elytra in my survival world, nothing happens. I use the rocket, and it doesn't propel me or launch me. I don't lose a rocket from my inventory from this. This happens all the time and hasn't worked at all since 1.17 for me. I waited to report figuring it would be fixed in 1.18.2, but it hasn't. I am aware of the other posts, but this issue HAS NOT been resolved on bedrock 1.18 even though it has been marked as resolved!

Can you make a video of it not working for you? I have been able to use rockets to fly.

Most Windows 10/11 pc's have Gamebar installed by default, can you try pressing Win + Alt + R to start the recording? To open gamebar press Win + G. The capture can usually be found at: This PC > Videos > Captures.

The rockets might have not been working because of lag, I've had that problem many times in the past.
